Each surfboard is handshaped in my workshop in Bremen. Shortboards, Mid-Lengths and Longboards are created in a 35 sqm space, and no two are alike.
The decks and bottoms are made from kiri and cedar wood and finished with amaranth, walnut, or pau rosa before being glued together with laser-cut ribs made from marine plywood. The rails are shaped using the bead and cove method. Vent plugs allow the hollow chamber surfboard to breathe and equalize pressure differences.

Finally, the surfboards are laminated with fiberglass and epoxy resin to ensure they can withstand even the strongest waves. The fin boxes and leash plugs are then inserted before the surface is polished to a high gloss using dry and wet sanding techniques.
